How long does it take to make and deliver a piece of jewelry?
The production time of a piece of jewelry varies depending on the complexity of the design and the number of ongoing orders.
The average delivery time for jewelry that is not in stock is 15 business days.
During busy periods (for example: December, March), the delivery time is generally longer than 15 business days, but it will not exceed 30 calendar days.
If you need the jewelry sooner, please contact us to check if we can expedite your order (contact@simonavlasceanu.com).
If we cannot deliver the jewelry within a maximum of 30 calendar days, we will contact you by phone or email within 5 business days from the date you placed the order to inform you and ask if you wish to keep the order.
Does the price include gift packaging?
The jewelry is accompanied by a wooden box for storage and a gift bag.
Do the jewelry pieces have a warranty/authenticity certificate?
The jewelry is accompanied by a warranty certificate that attests to the quality of the material and confirms that the pieces were crafted in the simona vlasceanu workshop.
The warranty period offered by us for precious metal jewelry is 3 years for any lack of conformity existing at the date of sale.

Can I exchange a product?
Products cannot be exchanged, but you can return a product within 14 days from the date it was delivered by the courier and place a new order for the desired product.
If the ring size I ordered is not suitable, can it be adjusted?
We offer one free ring size adjustment for rings purchased from www.simonavlasceanu.com within 90 calendar days from the purchase date, if the difference is a maximum of ±1 size (for example, if the purchased ring is size 10, we will adjust it free of charge to size 9 or 11).
If a size adjustment of more than one size is requested, or after the 90 calendar days have passed, or more than once within the 90 days, this service will be provided for a fee. The cost varies depending on the size difference and the complexity of the design and will be communicated upon request.
Maintenance and post-purchase retouch services do not include courier shipping costs.
