If the jewelry is in stock, the order will be dispatched within 2 days, and delivery times are listed below.

If a piece of jewelry is out of stock and must be made to order, the production time is 7-14 days. Please see below for delivery times to your country.

ROMANIA

Free delivery throughout Romania within 1–2 business days (weekends and public holidays not included).

INTERNATIONAL

Delivery is handled by DPD or GLS, within 6-10 business days (weekends and public holidays not included).

Important!

Any customs duties, foreign taxes or other charges that may apply shall be the responsibility of the recipient.

 

RETURNS

If the ordered product does not match its presentation or has manufacturing defects, you may request a replacement or a refund within 30 days from the moment you received it. This request can be made directly from your customer account by selecting the “Return form” option or here.

According to Article 9(1) of Government Ordinance no. 34 of June 12, 2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the product(s). To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an unequivocal statement sent via email.

If you withdraw, we will refund any amounts received from you without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. All refunds for returned products will be made by bank transfer to the account provided by you. Exception: for online orders paid by card, the refund will be made to the card used for payment.

without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the date the parcel was received. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the 30-day period expires.

You will need to cover the direct cost of returning the products. You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

A product may only be returned if it is in the same condition in which it was received, in its original packaging, undamaged, and without signs of wear. Please keep in mind that due to their handmade nature, jewelry pieces may have small imperfections (minor scratches or material irregularities). These are not considered manufacturing defects and therefore warranty conditions cannot be invoked in such cases. However, the customer may still request a return without providing a reason, in accordance with the law.
